8:00 AM | Introduction
8:30 AM | Learning how to stretch | Arm Bands
9:00 AM | Proper throwing mechanics
9:30 AM | Proper receiving mechanics
10:00 AM | Infield Everyday
11:00 AM | How field a ground ball w/ footwork
12:00 PM | Outfield Everyday
12:30 PM | How to field ground ball and Pop Fly
1:30 PM | Full team defense

  • Offense

2:00 PM | Learn how to hold the bat and proper way of setting up a tee
2:15 PM | 4 Offensive Stations - 10 min each

  • Learn how to bunt
  • Learn how to hit
  • Hand eye coordination drill

2:45 PM | Learn how to base run
2:55 PM | Call it up
3:00 PM | End of camp

  • Please be sure to have appropriate footwear
